Duties & Responsibilities
Create and conduct sales proposal presentations.
Ensure goals & objectives are being achieved and priorities are being communicated effectively.
Following up the sales proposals and activities and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
Impart product knowledge.
Database management.
Completing sales targets time to time.
Persuading clients to buy residential apartments & commercials spaces.
Skills Required
Minimum Experience of 2 years in real estate selling.
Excellent verbal & written communication over English and basic command over Hindi.
Very diligent in follow-ups and persistent to ensure deal closures.
Ability to lead self at work independently without day-to-day supervision.
Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness.
Qualification
Graduation + Masters in Marketing
