    • Duties & Responsibilities
    • Create and conduct sales proposal presentations.
    • Ensure goals & objectives are being achieved and priorities are being communicated effectively.
    • Following up the sales proposals and activities and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
    • Impart product knowledge.
    • Database management.
    • Completing sales targets time to time.
    • Persuading clients to buy residential apartments & commercials spaces.

    • Skills Required
    • Minimum Experience of 2 years in real estate selling.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication over English and basic command over Hindi.
    • Very diligent in follow-ups and persistent to ensure deal closures.
    • Ability to lead self at work independently without day-to-day supervision.
    • Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness.

    • Qualification
    • Graduation + Masters in Marketing
